When you arrive

Find the Suite: Take the elevator to the fourth floor and enter Suite 415.

Virtual Check-In: Text (218) 249-0595 to let us know you have arrived.

Waiting Areas: Please make yourself comfortable in either of our two waiting areas; complimentary water is available nearby.

Appointment Time: We recommend arriving about five minutes early. Your provider will come out to greet you directly at your scheduled time.
