About Macy

Beginning therapy can feel intimidating or overwhelming, and that’s completely okay. My goal is to create a space where you can breathe a little easier, feel understood, and talk openly about whatever you’re carrying. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, big emotions, or just trying to figure yourself out, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from The College of St. Scholastica and am a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW). In sessions, I bring a calm, encouraging presence. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I tailor each session to fit who you are, what you value, and what you need in the moment.

My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens in connection. I show up authentically and meet you exactly where you’re at, offering support, perspective, and tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life.

Outside of work, you can usually find me playing basketball and sand volleyball, spending time with my family, or hanging out with my cat, Dorito.

If you’re ready to take a step toward feeling better, or even if you’re not sure where to start, I’d be honored to walk through it with you.
