Duluth Counseling Center is hiring therapists across Minnesota.
We are open to fully licensed clinicians as well as license-track therapists. We are also open to full-time, part-time, hybrid, in-person, and telehealth clinicians located anywhere in Minnesota.
Many group practices offer a high split, but after that, you are largely on your own. You share office space, chase your own referrals, and deal with the admin burden yourself.
Duluth Counseling Center is built differently.
We hire independent contractors and provide the infrastructure so you can focus on clinical work. You do therapy. We handle billing, credentialing, scheduling, front-desk support, office operations, and the day-to-day logistics that often slow private-practice clinicians.
We also market intentionally based on your clinical focus. Our goal is not to hand you random referrals. Our goal is to help build the caseload you actually want.
We do not require a noncompete. We believe clinicians stay because the model works, not because they are locked into a restrictive contract.
What we offer:
- $75,000–$130,000 per year, depending on caseload, licensure, and fit
